Central location, spacious and stylish rooms, exceptional cleanliness, great view, helpful staff, fresh and tasty food.

Had a great new year's trip. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel was situated in a great spot, close to many bars and restaurants. Being in the heart of the city made it easy to access everything.

Some street noise was heard throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The surrounding shops and markets were crowded, making it hard to navigate through the streets.

Located right in the heart of the city centre, this hotel is the perfect base for exploring all that the city has to offer. You'll be close to a range of restaurants, bars and cafes, with everything you need right on your doorstep.

The hotel lacks air conditioning, but there is a ceiling fan in each room to help keep you cool.

Staying in this hotel was a pleasant experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the V & A Waterfront and other popular spots. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the facilities were modern and clean. The breakfast served was fresh and delicious.

I recently stayed in a hotel over Easter and had a wonderful experience. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help and make our stay enjoyable. the rooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated with lovely touches. the hotel's central location made it very easy to explore the surrounding area and was very handy for restaurants and shops. the breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of choice and cooked to order during the week.

The only downside to the hotel was that it was located right next to a market that could make some noise, especially for those rooms at the front of the hotel, due to early set up. It was a minor inconvenience, but overall it added to the charm of the area and was worth a look around.

During my recent stay, I was truly impressed by the spacious and beautifully decorated rooms at 40 On Burg. The attention to detail and stylish touches made me feel right at home. The Smart TV with a wide range of channels was a great bonus. The location is unbeatable, with an abundance of restaurants and shops just steps away. The staff were friendly and professional, and their exceptional service really stood out. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Cape Town.

We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in a central location and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort of this place.
